[Writer Post] I Was The Carrie Ann Inaba of a Short Story Contest
This Wednesday I’m actually having to narrow down the options for this week’s blog. There’s so much to discuss surrounding Tyler Rose City Comic Con. Considering this is a Writer Wednesday post, let’s start with the Short Story Contest. Then I’ll do a convention write up for the overall convention. Part of a deal I […]

You can read it below or download it in a .ZIP file (which contains both PDF and EPUB) by clinking Reindeer Games. Feel free to do both. If you wish to […]

I wish I had something new and exciting to bring you today… On this, IPST Day… If you need something very short – you can read (for free) Grammar Nazi – my winning story on Revolution SF. Or… I might see what I have in the back… hmmm. This is a story I wrote based […]
If you ever wonder why…
I have a Google Alert set to go off whenever my name is mentioned… this is why… A random blurb by Erica Naone in her blog. It’s a cool nod to Spacesuits and Sixguns and to my piece. I don’t know this person, but she’s a writer herself and I thank her profusely. Now, go […]
So first off, it’s MONDAY. It’s going to rain off and on all day (yippee), but the most disconcerting thing about THIS Monday is that I came in to my Starbucks on time – if not early – and there’s someone camped out at *my* table AND my backup table. I’m adapting. Not easily, but […]
New Story Up…
My story, “Justice Survives”, just went live on Chaos Theory: Tales Askew – – yesterday. I thought I’d let everyone know. The B&N Chicken Soup event went well. I hope we get to do it again somewhere.
Maguffin Contest
The maguffin contest is still going on. There’s still time to get your idea in for the “Prize” in a no-holds-barred cage match between nuns and librarians. The winner gets “tuckerized” in the story.
In Search of a Maguffin

The monetary prize goes to charity, but there has to be more of a reason for these two groups to be in the ring. Winning suggestion gets to be Tuckerized in the story…
