Works In Progress
Okay, so I’m down to basically my last notebook for catching up of new material. This catching up project still has quite the ways to go, but I’m progressing (and there’s still some editing clean up work to do). I feel good about what’s been accomplished this week. Both the novel projects are DEFINITELY novel projects.
The Frog Prince story is already at 10K+, and I still have more to add to it before I move on to new material on that. The Serial Killer novel is at 8.5K with more to add, which will get me to another jumping off point on it. That’s the one that keeps getting bogged down in inconsequential nonsense on me. Which is weird – since THAT’S the one with the OUTLINE. I KNOW where it goes.
Unfortunately, though I got a good running start on the Scalzi/Wheaton piece, it appears to have completely fallen off the rails. There’s always an outside chance it will come back to Gibbs’ Smack me and get finished in time for the deadline…but… ApolloCon is next weekend. There is much to do in very little time.
But, what ho, there is progress. I’m getting my typing in this weekend before 8 p.m. tonight. Why? I have my priorities straight. I can multi-task and type through many things. The Leverage Season 3 2-Hour Premiere tonight is NOT one of them.

Yeah, we’re looking forward to Leverage as well. Bobb’s got the DVR set to also pick up The Phantom on SciFi or Syfy or Sucky or whatever name they’re going by these days. We still haven’t seen this week’s DW, though. Don’t know if we can squeeze it in before Leverage or not.
