[Spotlight Post] FAIL
I got busy at work yesterday, and basically said, “Oh, I’ll just write my spotlight post when I get home.” Yeah, obviously THAT didn’t happen. Why?
On one of the busiest (and newly, mostly completed major construction) of my evening commute, my car’s AC started blowing hot and then I noticed my engine temp gauge. It was about to go off the scale. I was in the left lane, so I was able to get off on the shoulder in the center median.
Two hours and eight minutes after I got off the highway (on the phone with Jimmy at the time), the tow truck showed up to transport the car. A half hour or so later the car was delivered, we finally got to go get food (and a bathroom), then finally home…
My “normal” Friday work day ended at about 8:45 pm last night. I completely forgot about my blog. This was just the capper on a previous FULL 24 hours of DRAMA in two separate arenas of my life. So, this week there is no Spotlight. I’ll do one next week.
