[Writing Post] YOIKES AND AWAY!!!! THUD

That’s how I feel on this lovely Wednesday (that feels like Tuesday because Monday was a holiday – but wasn’t). HOWEVER the giant truck that is Scarborough Renaissance Festival is over for another year. So starting…well, NOW…I’m getting back on track.

There WILL be writing of things that aren’t DIRECTLY RELATED to today’s paycheck. Feel free to poke and prod me on that. The blogs will get back to “normal” new content and not just reruns or generic mutterings. I will get back to all those things that had to be put on hold while Scarborough happened – but considering what transpired this season, I’m SO glad we were there.

Anyway, there’s at least one good plot bunny and a probable collaborative project coming out of this season at Scarborough. I’ve approached one of the lane entertainers about collaborating on a project in the coming months. I will entertain other ideas from any other cast/entertainer out there who might have a story committed to writing.

And just so people know, I DO say “NO” when needed – at times with “add your own adult language additives before NO” – like when another vendor asked if I would try out for cast. She thought I’d be very good at it. Um, thanks, but I have my own brand of stupid, and joining this amazing cast is not that particular brand. I love this cast a lot – but…no.

So now that the Spring death march is over… YOIKES AND AWAY… it’s time for the real fun to begin. See you at SoonerCon!
