[Bonus Post] The Hybrid Brownie Recipe

And for those of you who care about such things…
I give you… Rhonda’s Hypbrid Brownie Recipe!!!!!
Rhonda’s Hybrid Brownie Recipe
1/2 cup of butter
1 3/4 cup sugar divided (1 cup and 3/4 cup)
1/3 cup cocoa powder
4 eggs
1 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Melt butter in small saucepan
Remove from heat
Stir in cocoa powder and ¾ cup of sugar until smooth
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs with 1 cup sugar
Stir in vanilla and chocolate mixture
Stir in flour
For 8X8 pan – grease pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
For cupcakes – grease pan or use paper liners-bake for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
For mini muffins – grease pan and bake for 10-15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
Baking times may vary from stove to stove…
