Frustrated, Overwhelmed, and Behind

I don’t even know where to begin now.

iTunes is completely borked. It’ll open and launch, but doesn’t run. It’s been reinstalled twice now. Don’t even know where to go to ask questions when half the time the solution is “reinstall”.

I’m trying to convince Google that I own my email account when they ask legitimate but hard questions. I have no idea when I started that account, or what labels are, or what products are associated with the account – and on WHAT DATE I SIGNED UP FOR THEM.

Facebook is investigating me to see if I’m really me. But when their first solution is to reset the password and have it sent to the email account associated with the account (the hacked one), I’m asking them to please, pretty please, NOT send the new password to the hackers, since they’re the ones who have access to the email account and not me.

AND… I still haven’t written my StrangeWords article this week because we’re still on mandatory overtime at work, there’s been Christmas shopping, rehearsals, and now hackers to deal with. This is the ONLY night I have at home this week, and right now, I just want to crawl into bed and make it all go away. But… I should probably be changing passwords – but I don’t even know where to begin with THAT either.
